- Deliver efficient installation of all instruments according to procedures;
- Ensure upgrades and modifications are performed in designated territory within the specified time frame;
- Plans and executes preventative maintenance of instruments in designated territory;
- Feedback of spare parts usage to ensure accurate and minimum spare parts inventory holding;
- Report complaint within 24hours of awareness, and deliver timely and effective troubleshooting service to maximize uptime of all instruments and improve customer experience.
- Handle Field Corrective Actions per SOP requirement, strictly follow the instructions from OCD global;
- Ensure the measurement tool(s) is(are) calibrated whenever applicable;
- Provide assistance, as required, for customer and business needs, including but not limited to assistance with the prompt and effective launch of new instruments;
- Contribute scientific and technical knowledge of products and their application to sales team as part of winning new accounts;
- Comply with applicable policies and procedures
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned
