Job Opportunity: Smoothie Shop Manager at Beetroot (Bangkok, Thonglor)

Beetroot, a new and vibrant smoothie shop in the heart of Thonglor (Soi 5), is looking for a Manager to lead daily operations and grow with us as we build a healthy, fresh-focused brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the shop
• Manage staff schedules and ensure excellent customer service
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage supplier relationships
• Drive marketing initiatives and community engagement
• Maintain cleanliness and adherence to health & safety standards
• Handle cash flow and financial reporting
• Provide a positive, welcoming atmosphere for customers

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail or food & beverage management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Passion for health, wellness, and quality products
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Fluent in English and Thai (preferred)
