Role Overview:
Our client, a leading and well-established brand in Thailand, is seeking an experienced Agile Release Lead to manage and oversee release activities within an Agile/Scrum setting. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive efficient, strategic releases and coordinate across multiple teams to ensure products meet business and customer expectations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate Release ActivitiesManage and direct release processes using the Agile/Scrum model to meet strategic business goals and deliver on time.
- Collaborate on Product Vision Engage with operations, Scrum teams, and key stakeholders to shape the product roadmap, defining MVPs, significant features, and essential user stories.
- Ensure Strategic AlignmentWork closely with the Scrum team and other stakeholders to ensure each release aligns with the company's overarching vision and business goals.
- Facilitate Seamless Integrations Coordinate with technology teams to guarantee that releases are integrated effectively and deployed without issues.
- Comprehensive Planning and Risk Management Develop a thorough release plan that accounts for risks and dependencies, ensuring no release aspect is overlooked.
- Engage Stakeholders and Lead Agile ProcessesFoster relationships with project sponsors, business units, and subject matter experts (SMEs) by leading Agile ceremonies and addressing issues that arise.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as MIS, Business, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Leadership in Agile/Scrum Proven experience in a Scrum Master role or similar leadership position within an Agile environment, with a strong track record of guiding teams to successful outcomes.
- Project and Team Leadership Experience managing projects or leading development teams, especially in settings requiring cross-functional team coordination.
- Proven Stakeholder Management Skilled in managing relationships with multiple stakeholders, including sponsors, business partners, and technical experts, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Strong Preference for Scrum Master Experience Previous experience as a Scrum Master is a valuable asset for candidates applying for this role.
