Software Tester (Team lead/ Specialist)

Job Description:

Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Execute manual test cases, identify defects, and document issues with clear and concise descriptions.

Perform regression testing to ensure that software updates and changes do not introduce new defects.

Evaluate the user experience and interface of our software to ensure it meets user expectations.

Maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test results, and defect reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure product quality.

Create and maintain automated test scripts using automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber, Katalon,

Robot Framework is a plus

Contribute to the development and improvement of test automation frameworks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

At least 7 years of experience in in Proven experience in manual testing and Automated Testing

Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Knowledge of test manual or test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g. Selenium, Python, Java, test cases,

Cypress, Cucumber, Robot Framework) is a plus.

Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
