Overview:
EcoSoch Solar, a leading provider of solar energy solutions, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a SolarCare Cleaning Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of SolarCare Cleaners and ensuring the cleanliness, performance, and efficiency of solar rooftop systems in Kodigehalli, Bengaluru.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervision of Cleaning Operations: Lead and manage a team of SolarCare Cleaners in performing cleaning and maintenance tasks on solar panels and related equipment to maintain optimal performance and efficiency of solar rooftop systems.
- Team Management: Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the SolarCare Cleaners, including task assignment, priority setting, and performance monitoring. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and mutual support.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of cleaning activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols. Provide feedback and coaching to maintain high standards of cleanliness and performance.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Plan and coordinate cleaning activities in collaboration with installation and maintenance teams to optimize workflow and minimize disruption to solar energy generation operations. Schedule cleaning activities to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, activities, and outcomes. Generate reports and documentation as required for documentation and reporting purposes, and communicate any issues or concerns regarding panel condition or performance to relevant stakeholders.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines during cleaning operations to prevent accidents, injuries, or damage to equipment.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a cleaning or maintenance environment.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and cleaning techniques is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
