To lead/ support the SD workstream in the pursuit of new business/ renewal of existing
Provision of solutions/ analytical support for implementation/ re-engineering needs for key/ strategic projects as assigned
To establish optimal costing/ commercialisation for New/ Existing business
To engage and work closely with operations team on implementation of assigned projects
Outline solutions and commercial proposals in appropriate formats for presentation to internal / customers. Participate in customer presentations where required
To develop and maintain good and effective communication across the business
To works proactively with the customer to identify potential commercial / service improvement opportunities
To interact with customer senior management to uncover needs & opportunities
To develop and deliver innovative solutions and services that create value for customers and that help meet DSC's growth targets
To actively collaborate with colleagues to develop new services / solutions that improve the customer experience
To anticipate potential risks and proactively implements contingency plans with the support of customers
Requirements
At least 2 year of working experience in Warehouse/Transport Solution Design or relevant role (Logistics Analyst, Transport Planner or Process improvement)
Understanding of Solution Design tools, techniques and procedures
Numerical and Analytic skill is mandatory for this role
Good presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skill
Good communication both in Thai and English
Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Flexible to work at non-working hour sometime required for this role
