Develop technology and solutions for PV inverters and related products.
Draft and review technical agreements, provide project technical data, and prepare and review technical tenders.
Understand customer needs, identify product-related pain points, and create strategies to meet customer requirements.
Collect and analyze mid- and long-term customer needs for PV inverters, provide input for product planning and development, and participate in product development reviews.
Manage PV inverter market interactions internationally, gather and analyze market information, and provide technical support and Q&A for customer needs.
Develop customer relationships, support project operations, negotiate business terms, and assist sales in achieving PV inverter product and solution targets.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 3 years experience in digital energy solutions or technical support; experience in product development is preferred.
Proficient in English as a working language.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, responsive to customer feedback, and able to meet customer needs promptly.
