Sourcing Officer (Chinese speaking)

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing/compare raw material for manufacturing process in Thailand and Overseas.
• Choosing and evaluating vendor and registering information into approved vendor list (AVL).
• Negotiate the best combination of price and lead time, in accordance with the specificities of the enquiry.
• Collaborate with Merchandising and Overseas Purchasing to conduct market research to identify new suppliers and innovative sourcing opportunities.
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers and partners and manage supplier relationships and performance.
• Interpret Chinese and Thai to support communication between Thai and Chinese colleagues.
• Interpret for mainly engineering, production and quality issues between Chinese and Thai
• Interpret languages during internal and external meetings (Chinese, and Thai)
• Translate documents, e-mails and paper. (Thai-Chinese, Chinese-Thai)
• Other tasks following Manager's assignment or company policy

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Chinese and Thai language
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Able to work at Ladbualuang Ayutthaya
• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
• If can use English language to communicate will be an advantage.
• Solid knowledge and understanding sourcing processes,engineering and production
• Good Attitude, Interpersonal relations, good coordinator and ability to work on multiple projects
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as SAP and advanced Microsoft Office.
