Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Manager at Ana Anan Resort and Villas in Sattahip. The Spa Manager will oversee daily spa operations, manage staff, coordinate spa services, maintain customer relations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of spa therapies, treatments, and products
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
• Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Certification in Spa Management or related field is a plus
