Responsible for providing strong supports to bank partnership, such as sales coordination, sales closing, application processing and management, premium collecting, and customer services. Additionally tracking and providing accuracy and timeliness sales performance reports, sending to concerned parties in terms of internal and partners. This position will coordinate and maintain the relationship with bank partnership as well.
Your Day at Allianz Ayudhya
- Build up relationships with branch directors of financial institutions, follow up sales, and plan sales to monthly reach the objective
- Understand and advise the selling point with financial institutions, coordinate any activities with financial institutions, and support branches of financial institutions as required
- Plan sales strategies and new sales methods to support sales to reach the objective
- Provide support, training, consultation and advice to the bank officers so that they can sell the company's products to meet the customers needs, following legal objectives and standard of company's purposes
- Visit branches to verify and submit reports as required by the company and prudently examine equipment of the company's offering products, such as requesting insurance licenses, Brochures, or leaflets to sufficiently offer for the sale. Additionally, it is required to update the equipment at the time
- Provide the best support to branch directors and bank officers in terms of sales service and marketing
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields
- Direct Experience of sales and marketing in financial institutions insurance or insurance Industry
- Knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Excel, Power Point, Word)
