Plan communication strategies and communication budget allocation for selective cards type to align with card positioning.
Build marketing plans and budgets for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns.
Planning and executing a marketing strategy for expand dining merchant coverage.
Be strengthening current relationships with key dining partners and seek new partners to increase merchant coverage, card spending volumes, identify opportunity for business growth as well as ensuring effective communication.

Monitor the team goals to achieve and their execution keenly.
Ensure that the website, promotional material, marketing campaign strategy (Hygiene) are updated on a regular basis.
Setting and administering an annual marketing budget.
Continually reviewing the changes to the dining market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan.
Reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs, OKR.
Guiding the day-to-day activities of the marketing team.

Qualifications;
Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Management or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of writing and communications experience and have the proven ability to create content and craft key messages related to personal finance & lifestlye matters.
Have outstanding listening and communications skills, both written and oral
Be confident at influencing at all levels of the organization and be more than approachable with your superior interpersonal skills.
Be an expert writer in communications that are engaging and informative.
Be adaptable, proactive, deadline-driven, results-oriented, highly organized and detail-oriented.
Demonstrate expert proficiency with MS Windows/MS Office Applications
Must be a team player /Able to speak English Language / Able to travel up-country.
Possess Project management and event management skills.
Have Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Have Independent working style, self-motivated and hungry to learn new skills.
Be passionate to learn financial literacy for self-improvement & for a public sharing.
Have a ground experience for social media marketing & VDO production would be an advantage.
