Job Description

Arelik Hitachi Home Appliances was established as a joint venture between Arelik A.. and Hitachi Global Life Solutions, Inc to manufacture, sell and provide after-sales services of Hitachi branded home appliances including refrigerators, washing machines, vacuum cleaners globally (outside of the Japanese market). Arelik (a multinational household appliances manufacturer that employs over 40,000 people worldwide and operates in 48 countries, and 28 production facilities in 9 countries with 12 brands such as Beko and Grundig) acquired 60% ownership in the new company while Hitachi Global Life Solutions, Inc. continues as a 40% shareholder of the company.

Operationally based in Bangkok, Thailand, Arelik Hitachi Home Appliances has two manufacturing and nine sales companies in APAC&ME region. Through this joint venture, both companies have combined their expertise in other key areas such as R&D, procurement and production systems to optimize the joint venture's global supply chain and strengthen its competitive positioning in the market.

Job description:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities for MDM:

  • Manage Master data management (MDM) system for complete Hitachi product range.
  • New product definitions, revision request, deactivation of the SKUs
  • needs for new Product Attribute/Value in the context of new Product/Feature Projects and International/National standards in the MDM tool.
  • report to keep update of status.

Responsible for Team Center Tool:

  • as team center operations for Team center tool.
  • samples and follow up requests from other subsidiaries and outsource.
  • Monthly reporting and follow-ups with all related parties.

Responsible for NPI:

  • to get responses for the new SKUs from the Plant (R&D / QA) Contacts
  • to track Monthly Report of Sales Performance of new SKUs

Responsible for Competition Report:

  • Follow up and collect monthly reports from each subsidiary and prepare reports.
  • Support PM teams to collect information of the competitors and prepare the database or report if need.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from reputable university
  • Good communication skills and well organized.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to build cross-functional relationships.
  • Great Project Management skill
  • Expert on Excel and Power point skill
  • Good command of English
