Responsible for gathering and analysis business requirement, evaluate alternative solutions and determine feasibility & practicality in user requirement
Project management activities for the implementation and related activities of Retail Loan Origination System.
Work with IT to optimize the use of existing of technology or enhance/develop systems to automate or enable digital-ready Retail Process.
Execute initiatives to increase customers self-service adoption and reduce ttb's cost to serve with the goal to achieve target Retail Customer Experience at all ttb customer touch point.
Develop and deliver the project related documents and presentations and support on strategic and implementation plan.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Economics,IT or related fields
Working experience in role Project Manager, Business Analysis, System Analysis role
Work closely with various cross-functional team and external vendors for system implementation to ensure user requirement completion, project timeline and quality are met
Problem Solving skill to manage, maintain and troubleshooting for Retail Loan Origination System
Communication experience in communicating with a range of people to liaise with the value chain
