Our headquarter is at Taiwan, and we had just open the Thailand office last month. Purpose of boosting our business into Thailand markets, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wholesales Manager to drive overall commercial success.
The candidates need to expert in Wholesales and buid the business from zero to hero. Experience in Sport wholesales or lifestyle industry is prefer but not requirement.
Some of the key responsibilities
1. Market Intelligence/Expansion
- Assess market potential, to develop appropriate market development orientations and policies for the current and future periods.
- Monitor, learn, analyze, and research the Sport & Lifestyle potential market developments.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate and expand the company's presence in Thailand
- New partners development.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, key accounts & understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Negotiate and reinforce the trade terms & ensure partners compliance with trade agreements.
3. Sales Target Achievement
- The establishment of a business strategy, make plan and executive to achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the organization.
4. Marketing and Brand Management
- Collaborate with the marketing at HQ to develop and execute marketing campaigns in Thailand
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment with company values and vision.
5. Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and present regular reports on wholesales performance, including sales, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Use data and insights to make informed business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Fashion/ Sport/ Golf Industry, especially experience related to market development in Thailand
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent in English full skill.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Strong at brand management, consumer understanding and creativity.
- Presentation, analytical, management and negotiation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
