Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the product team to design and implement tools and processes for analyzing product performance, enhancing user experiences, and driving data-informed strategic decisions.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure ongoing optimization of product effectiveness.
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to assess the impact of product changes on user behavior and performance metrics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate data analysis into all aspects of business operations.
- Develop innovative data-driven solutions, leveraging AI to address product challenges, automate workflows, predict user behaviors, and boost overall product performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data science, applying them to elevate organizational capabilities.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to team members to enhance their data skills and knowledge.
- Conduct training sessions on advanced analytics techniques and machine learning, fostering a collaborative and data-centric culture.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in data science or analytics.
- Strong expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, data visualization, and modeling techniques.
- Comprehensive understanding of business objectives and how data can support them.
- Proficiency with tools such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, Tableau, and other BI tools like Holistics, Looker, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- A growth mindset with a willingness to embrace new challenges and share knowledge with others.
- Proven ability to promote a data-driven culture within an organization.
