Job Summary:
The Equity Capital Markets team is a core business of SCB/INVX's Investment Banking and Capital Markets capabilities and is responsible for the origination and execution of equity capital markets transactions, including equity linked transactions, for our clients and stakeholders.
Job Descriptions:
- Assist in identifying and targeting new business opportunities
- Develop/define equity offering strategies and appropriately communicate and advise corporate clients
- Support senior bankers on equity transaction execution and new business origination
- Develop / maintain institutional investor relationships that can be leveraged to market transactions and provide client feedback in deal and non-deal settings
- Maintain real-time capital market knowledge and macro and microeconomic themes that drive equity markets and investor sentiment
- Develop and maintain equity marketing materials
- Develop and maintain relationships with other business partners such as other domestic banks, international banks, legal advisers, audit firm, PR advisers etc
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economic, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields
- At least 5 years working experience preferably - Finance related fields (investment banking, capital markets, research analyst, institutional sales, portfolio manager)
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong leadership, financial, conceptual, communication, and analytical skills
- Result-oriented with positive attitude
- Good teamwork attitude
- Passionate about capital markets
