Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To expertise in F & A processes, in Inter - company Reconciliations, vendor reconciliation.

2. Experience in statutory compliance's like Excise duty, TDS, GST, Service tax, Trail balance, monthly balance sheets review.

3. Preparation & reporting of Budget vs Actuals MIS to the management., responsible for forecasting 4. Preparation of cash flow statements, assets accounting

5. Handling of all Account transactions 6. Loan processing procedures & Banking transactions

7. To Manage General ledger, purchase ledger, sales ledger

8. Verification of cash bills & entries, journal entries, ledger checking, preparation of cheques,

bank reconciliation statement, sales & purchase invoices, raw material entries, monthly TDS calculations,

VAT, CST preparations.

9. Complete grip & hands on experience on Focus ERP on all modules of Manufacturing company.

10. Must have working experience of any products manufacturing company

Education: BCOM, MCOM, CA(Articles), CA (Inter / Final)

Experience: 5 7 years.

Skills : MS Office- 2007 / 2010, good knowledge of MS-Excel - functions & formulas

Packages: Tally ERP 9 & FOCUS must
