JOB DESCRIPTION
- Good knowledge of GDS (Amadeus & Galileo)
- To Issue, Reissue, Cancel & claim Refund of Airline Tickets on GDS & LCC
- Will be coordinating with Airline and customers over the phone and emails.
- Must have ability to handle all International and Domestic Ticketing.
- Responsible for FIT & Groups Ticketing.
- Assist with changes to travel arrangements and bookings wherever required.
- To liaise with the Airline on any special request like extra seats & other requirements.
- Knowledge of Tour Packages would be an add-on advantage.
REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Must have good knowledge of Amadeus.
- Good Geographical Knowledge i.e., City codes, Airport codes, Airline hub etc.
- Minimum 4 Years of Hands-on experience in Domestic & International Ticketing
- Know to find the best available airfare requested by the client Good stability background.
- Good in Written and verbal English skills.
- Willing to work 24x7,
- Ability to perform under Pressure.
