Job Description
Consumer Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance consumer awareness and understanding of the vaccine.
- Identify key consumer insights to inform marketing tactics and campaign development.
- Create targeted marketing plans to reach diverse consumer segments.
Brand Development and Management:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the vaccine brand, ensuring consistency across all consumer touchpointstouchpoints.
- Collaborate with creative agencies to develop compelling branding materials, including visual and messaging elements.
- Monitor brand performance and implement strategies to strengthen brand equity.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Plan and execute multimulti-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and in-person events.
- Manage the production of marketing assets, such as advertisements, brochures, videos, and online content.
- Work with media partners to optimizeoptimize campaign reach and effectiveness.
Consumer Engagement and Education:
- Develop and implement educational programs and materials to inform consumers about the benefits and safety of the vaccine.
- OrganizeOrganize community outreach initiatives, including workshops, webinarswebinars, and public health events.
- Leverage digital platforms to create engaging and informative content for consumers.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with internal teams, including sales, medical affairs, and regulatory, to ensure alignment and compliance with marketing activities.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as healthcarehealthcare providers, advocacy groups, and influencersinfluencers, to amplify messaging.
Market Research and AnalyticsAnalytics:
- Conduct market research to understand consumer attitudes, preferences, and behaviorsbehaviors related to vaccines.
- AnalyzeAnalyze campaign performance data and consumer feedback to optimizeoptimize marketing strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing effectiveness and ROIROI.
Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget for consumer activation activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Track expenditures and provide regular financial updates to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). not limited to pharmaceutical degree
- Proven experience in communication management and marketing, preferably
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics
- Fluency in both Thai and English languages.
