Job Description

Consumer Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance consumer awareness and understanding of the vaccine.
  • Identify key consumer insights to inform marketing tactics and campaign development.
  • Create targeted marketing plans to reach diverse consumer segments.

Brand Development and Management:

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the vaccine brand, ensuring consistency across all consumer touchpointstouchpoints.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies to develop compelling branding materials, including visual and messaging elements.
  • Monitor brand performance and implement strategies to strengthen brand equity.

Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Plan and execute multimulti-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and in-person events.
  • Manage the production of marketing assets, such as advertisements, brochures, videos, and online content.
  • Work with media partners to optimizeoptimize campaign reach and effectiveness.

Consumer Engagement and Education:

  • Develop and implement educational programs and materials to inform consumers about the benefits and safety of the vaccine.
  • OrganizeOrganize community outreach initiatives, including workshops, webinarswebinars, and public health events.
  • Leverage digital platforms to create engaging and informative content for consumers.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with internal teams, including sales, medical affairs, and regulatory, to ensure alignment and compliance with marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as healthcarehealthcare providers, advocacy groups, and influencersinfluencers, to amplify messaging.

Market Research and AnalyticsAnalytics:

  • Conduct market research to understand consumer attitudes, preferences, and behaviorsbehaviors related to vaccines.
  • AnalyzeAnalyze campaign performance data and consumer feedback to optimizeoptimize marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing effectiveness and ROIROI.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the marketing budget for consumer activation activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Track expenditures and provide regular financial updates to senior management.

The Successful Applicant


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). not limited to pharmaceutical degree
  • Proven experience in communication management and marketing, preferably
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics
  • Fluency in both Thai and English languages.
