Job Title: Senior Quality Engineer

Location: Ayutthaya, Thailand

Report To: Assistance Quality Manager

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you'll get to (main responsibilities)

You'll also get to:

  • Ensure QMS requirements are implemented and report the quality levels to the management on regular basis. i.e. ISO9001: 2015 / IATF16949:2016 / ISO14001: 2015 / ISO45001:2018.
  • Maintain efficient control of the Quality Control Department by means of supervision, direction, planning.
  • Review and ensure the QC-procedures or work instructions has been implemented effectively.
  • Processing, review and disposition of non-conforming products with concerning dept.
  • Lead problem investigation, handle and work with internal team to identify root cause & corrective actions.
  • Daily and weekly report quality performance to superior.
  • Review/Prepare/Follow up the inspection tool / manpower was enough capacity for most efficiency to inspection.
  • Updating the techniques of quality control, inspection and testing including development of new techniques when necessary.
  • Reporting to top management concerning performance of quality system and any improvement.
  • Manage the process change and submit the customers of any product or process change.
  • Have authority to stop production to correct quality problems.
  • Develop training plan and assessment for subsidiaries.
  • Other relevant tasks arranged by supervisors for achieving company's objectives.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
  • Relevant 5 years of Quality function professional experiences in the production environment
  • Minimum 3 years in Industrial & Automotive manufacturing
  • Familiar with ISO9001: 2015 / IATF / ISO14001: 2015 / ISO45001:2018.
  • Familiar Plastic injection and QMS/PPAP requirement.
  • Experience with manufacturing process: injection, CQI-23, VDA 6.3 (preference)

Working knowledge of the following:

  • Familiar advanced quality management tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and 8D, etc.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical, logical thinking and problem-solving capability
  • Good project management, execution and cooperation capability, team spirit
  • Good team-playing spirits, attention to details
