Sr. Store and Warehouse Executive

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store and Warehouse Manager to oversee the management of store inventory, material deliveries at various sites, stock count, and replenishments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to ensuring efficient operations. Experience with ZOHO CRM is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain inventory levels in the store and warehouse, ensuring accurate tracking of materials, supplies, and equipment.

Coordinate material deliveries to various project sites in a timely and cost-effective manner, liaising with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners as needed.

Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.

Oversee the replenishment process, including ordering materials, monitoring stock levels, and optimizing inventory turnover.

Develop and implement inventory management procedures and best practices to streamline operations and minimize waste.

Supervise a team of storekeepers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure productivity and performance targets are met.

Collaborate with project Enginneers, procurement teams, and other departments to forecast material requirements and facilitate smooth project execution.

Utilize ZOHO CRM or similar software to track inventory movements, monitor delivery trends, and generate reports for management review.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies in all warehouse and store operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in store and warehouse management, preferably in the HVAC or construction industry.

Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, procedures, and systems.

Proficiency in using inventory management software, ZOHO CRM experience is a plus.

Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.
