Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To ensure QMS requirements are integrated into the organization's business processes.
- To plan right or equal quality assurance programs and form quality control policies.
- To work with developer and/or develop an organization's productivity and profitability by decreasing waste.
- To maintain, deliver, and implement Quality Tools & software application for effectiveness and systematic quality management system.
- Identify, analyze, document and report on system deficiencies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the quality management system.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineer or Science or another field related to QMS.
- Minimum experience in Lead Auditor / Internal Audit / Customer Audit / ISO / Document Control at least 5 years and/or experience in 5 years of related field, relevant manufacturing/engineering degree is preferred.
- Significant experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
- Strong knowledge of the latest Quality system tools and techniques and managing audit programmers.
- A detailed understanding of ISO standards etc.
- Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing skills
- Experience of dealing with customers and suppliers.
