We are seeking a skilled Facility Leader to oversee infrastructure maintenance, develop strategic plans, and coordinate activities to ensure efficient facility operations.
In your new role you will:
- Manage and maintain the facility's infrastructure, encompassing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, to ensure reliable and efficient operation.
- Develop and implement comprehensive facility maintenance strategies, incorporating predictive and preventive maintenance, to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, to ensure seamless execution and optimal resource utilization.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Typically, >5 years of experience in a facility management or maintenance role with a focus on semiconductor manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Proven track record of managing and leading teams as well as experience in facility operations, maintenance and project management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of technicians and engineers
- Ability to work in manufacturing environment with flexibility to work varying shifts and respond to emergencies.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
