Your Mission
As Stock Planning Specialist, your primarily responsibility is driving continuous improvement to ensure order fulfillment and optimize inventory level. The role will require a combination of strong leadership and analytical skills with in-depth understanding of the whole supply chain and inventory control management .
Job descriptions
. Follow and initiate standardize inventory planning and control across countries, including processes and tools, to improve customer service levels (internal and external) while minimizing working capital expediting cost and obsolescence exposure to achieve company's inventory KPIs.
. Coordinate and communicate cross-functionally with KAMs, Tech, Channel & Partner, warehouse, clients and other related functions to incorporate requirements, constraints and business objectives into inventory planning and control.
. Ensure critical forecasting and inventory planning inputs and parameters are updated in the planning system (Stock IQ)
. Working closely with the Regional Head and inventory excellence & control managerto plan, monitor, and control working capital while achieving all stakeholders satisfaction.
. Establish and monitor progress against key inventory performance indicators.
. Running basic inventory trend analysis, scenario modelling and opportunity assessment leading to a commercial insight and recommendation.
. Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures in so far as applicable to all financial and non-financial transactions.
. Participate and contribute in annual business plan exercises.
. Lead and drive various inventory related projects to continue the transformation of inventory planning and control.
. Be a strong motivator and constantly develop a team.
Qualifications
. B.A. or B.S. Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics is preferred.
. Able to communicate in basic English
. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
. Analytical and Negotiation skills is necessary.
. Team management and strong interpersonal skills with all people.
