Store Manager (ONE BANGKOK)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for stores sales and profit.
- Continuously growing the store's revenues and profits, which the company wishes to share with its employees through incentive programs and customized development programs for its talented associates.
- Provide excellent customer service on all levels.
- Ensure all store activities live up to standards (product presentation, sales activities, campaigns, inventories e.g.)
- Recruit, train and develop employees, and provide succession planning for your team.
- Continuously growing its staff's competencies and loyalty to the company and to the brand
- Ensure that all back office procedures are up to standards (manpower planning, cash office, price reductions, goods deliveries, safety and security routines)
- Set an example for your team and act as a role model.
Qualification:
- Experienced minimum 4 years in retail industry with strong managerial skills.
- Ability to provide leadership, motivate and develop staff exceptional customer service.
- Excellence in both English and Thai with computer literacy.
- Sell-oriented, dynamics with excellent interpersonal skill.
- Result driven and can do attitude.
- Well-organized and cope with large work load.
- Travel ability at certain times is required.
