Key Responsibilities:
- Lead supply chain investment projects, focusing on DC/Logistics expansion, optimization, and resilience.
- Manage budget projects for capacity expansion and network optimization.
- Analyze manufacturing and logistics needs, develop business cases, and guide decision-making.
- Oversee annual budget preparation and supply chain cost efficiency reviews.
- Create executive-level communication materials and reporting dashboards.
- Build team capabilities in project-based work and strategic communication.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategic objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform strategic planning decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related fields.
- 8-12 years experience, preferably with a supply chain project management background
- Demonstrated experience in strategy and project management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
- Proficiency in analytical skills and financial acumen to guide quantitative modeling.
