Explore and develop business opportunities to foster the expansion of Conicle products and services (mainly our learning management system and B2B educational content)
Maintain and regularly improve business models, business processes, partner relations, by keeping a global business landscape vision
Collaborate efficiently with the various internal teams in order to respond to the requests of our partners and B2B users of our services
Build and maintain good relationships with external partners and participate in the creation of collaboration model(s)
Identify current best practices aimed at developing human resources according to market movements and business strategy to attract potential customers and partners
Research, identify and remain informed of movements made by our competitors and trends in the edTech sector in order to participate in shaping the overall strategy of the company
Build reports and presentations based on data collected or provided by third-party teams such as revenue models, partnership models, sales presentations, sales packages, etc.
Ad-hoc works and the other tasks as assigned
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Experience in selling digital product, services or in the SaaS industry (such as HCM, ERP, CRM or EdTech etc.) is mandatory
Experience in launching new products for customers is preferable
Good interpersonal skills and service mind, passion for sales, confidence and ability to communicate effectively on different channels (face to face, virtual or phone call)
Advanced skills in using office programs such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and other spreadsheet tools is a huge plus
Good presentation and business negotiation skills
Self-driven, result oriented person, able to work under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Eager to learn new things in a fast-moving environment
Energetic and passionate
Team player with a can-do attitude, strong work ethic, humility and a sharp focus on business impact
Education And Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in a business development, sales, marketing or account executive role, ideally in the SaaS industry
