Role Description
This is a full-time Supervisor role at Falck Global Assistance located in Bangkok City, Thailand. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient delivery of health, safety, and security services. The Supervisor will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments, providing guidance and support to team members, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid role, with flexibility for some remote work.

- Experience in managing and leading a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good knowledge of health, safety, and security best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in using computer applications and software
- Previous experience in the insurance, finance, or travel industry is a plus
- Fluency in English and Thai language
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
