Supplier Quality Management Manager

Position : Manager of Supplier Quality Management (ID:70562)

Company Business : Development, manufacture, sales and services of automotive components

Location : Sukhumwit road, Bangkok

Salary : Not over 100K

Job Description:

- Monitoring supplier quality performance / Cost recovery in the Asia region and report

- Monitoring results of new supplier audit / manufacturing process audit and qualified supplier list in the Asia region and report

- Monitoring effectiveness of supplier quality management processes in the Asia region and report

- Promote the Horizontal Deployment activities to improve supplier quality (prevent recurrence)

- Deploy HQ SQM's policies and/or requirements to all sites in region and collect all information and report to HQ SQM

- Monitor and develop the worst supplier for achieve quality target

- Ensure with all sites for conducting annual / half yearly worst quality supplier audits to validate quality processes at site to establishing standard product component specifications, process quality attributes, standard measuring process, production process, standard document process to meet the global /country standard as defined by own company

- Establish external relationship with Suppliers and SQM members

- Manage, mentor, and develop staff; lead the assessment and establishment of education, training, and skills profiles for quality professionals

- Create quality training materials for improving SQM member skill and knowledge

Requirements :

- English in business level (Writing, Reading, Communication)

- Bachelor degree's in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Industrial will be advantage

- Experience of Quality Assurance more than 10 years in Automotive industry (Manufacturing or Trading in Automotive parts company)

- Knowledge of Quality Management systems

- Have experience for business in oversea and work with foreigner (work with Japanese company will be advantage)
