Responsible for optimization of stock coverage in healthy condition and timely service performance. (Demand/Supply/Importation)
Responsible to ensure inventory flow in/out of warehouse are controlled and inventory are kept safely and healthy in warehouse. (Warehousing)
Responsible to ensure distribution of inventory to customers/counters on time and safe.
Responsible to ensure valid FDA license and labelling are registered and done properly and timely. (Product Registration and labelling)
Responsible to control cost of total Supply Chain to meet given target.
Job responsibilities
Develop & Maintain Supply Chain Strategies to Optimization of stock coverage/level to meet business needs.
Stock at Warehouse is maintained at optimum level to reach targeted service level and stock provision is not over targeted level.
Product demand forecast to be aligned and reflected with sales plan (sell-out/sell-in plan) on timely basis.
Forecast accuracy of Basic product must be met with agreed target.
Various Demand and Supply Parameters (safety stock, replenishment interval, lot size, etc) are set at proper level.
Communication and Engagement with Sales, Marketing and Merchandising team.
Manage to meet several KPIs given by Regional Supply Chain.
To ensure that all operational process is in controlled (accurate, properly done, timely).
Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain product quality.
Logistics and Distribution
Mange the entire logistics process, from procurement to product delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
Inventory Management
Oversee inventory control systems, ensuring accurate tracking of stock levels, reordering points, and product availability.
Implement strategies to reduce excess inventory and prevent stock shortages, balancing demand forecasting with warehouse capacity.
Supplier and Vendor Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely procurement of materials and finished goods.
Negotiate contracts and service agreements with suppliers to meet quality, price, and delivery expectations.
Demand Forecasting and Planning
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to accurately forecast demand and plan supply chain activities accordingly.
Use data-driven insights to anticipate market trends and adjust supply chain operations to meet consumer demand.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, quality standards, and sustainability practices within the supply chain.
Monitor and maintain the quality of materials and products throughout the supply chain, addressing any issues promptly.
Leadership and Development
Lead and mentor the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align supply chain operations with overall business objectives.
Cost Management and Budgeting
Manage the supply chain budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Profile
15 years and above experiences in Supply Chain field + 5 years in management level
Fluent in English
FMCG or Retail industry background preferred
Bachelor's degree or above; Business Administration major is a plus
