Responsibilities

As a Sustainability Executive, you will drive WICE Logistics sustainability initiatives, ensuring alignment with our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals. Your role will include:

1.Sustainability Strategy Development

• Assist in designing and implementing sustainability strategies aligned with WICE's corporate goals.
• Monitor and assess industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance our sustainability performance.

2.Project Management

• Manage sustainability projects, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, and carbon footprint initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project milestones and goals.

3.Data Collection and Reporting

• Gather, analyze, and report sustainability data for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports for ESG disclosure, including materiality assessments and GRI standards.

4.Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed sustainability practices into daily operations.
• Engage with suppliers and partners to promote sustainable practices across the supply chain.

5.Training and Awareness

• Organize workshops and campaigns to promote sustainability awareness among employees.
• Provide guidance on integrating sustainability into business processes.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: At least 2-3 years in a sustainability, ESG, or related role. Experience in logistics or supply chain is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Knowledge of ESG frameworks, such as GRI, SASB, or ISO 14001.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
