Systems Analyst (IT - Home Application)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to join our mobile app development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, designing and developing mobile-focused IT systems, and ensuring their smooth operation. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, leveraging our technology stack, including .NET Core, Kotlin, Swift, Flutter, AWS, Google Cloud, and Firebase.
Responsibilities:
- Break down tasks related to system development.
- Prepare software design documentation, including specifications, system workflows, use cases, ER diagrams, and data dictionaries.
- Ensure task outcomes align with system requirements and project goals.
- Collaborate closely with the mobile app team and software developers to ensure seamless integration between back-end services and mobile apps.
- Coordinate projects to ensure smooth operations, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize coding skills in .NET Core, Kotlin, Swift, and Flutter to support mobile app development.
- Collaborate with developers and QA to identify and analyze system bugs.
- Ensure mobile app software quality control and conduct thorough testing.
- Understand software quality check and control management.
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Firebase.
- Work with databases, including SQL Server, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL, to support system data management and integration.
- Oversee the installation and configuration of new systems, customizing them for the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, Software Engineer, or Software Developer in mobile app environments.
- Strong logical and analytical thinking, with the ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Development experience in .NET Core and mobile app frameworks like Flutter, Kotlin, and Swift is a plus and will be given special consideration.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Firebase.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and familiarity with UML diagrams.
- Excellent communication and task management skills.
