Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented System Analyst to assess, analyze, and improve our IT systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements, identify system inefficiencies, and propose effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze system requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Design and implement system workflows, data models, and integration solutions.
- Work closely with developers, architects, and IT teams to optimize system performance.
- Troubleshoot system issues, debug code, and resolve integration challenges.
- Conduct API and database analysis to ensure efficient data flow and system interoperability.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, technical manuals, and process flows.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for system enhancements, automation, and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in system analysis, software development, or IT solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
- Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and web services (REST, SOAP).
- Experience with scripting and programming languages (Python, Java, C#).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps tools.
- Familiarity with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, SaaS solutions).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
