We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and manage a high-performing team. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, overseeing senior-level hiring, and enhancing our employer brand to attract exceptional talent.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, marketing, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to ensure a seamless, positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Build and enhance S. Khonkaen Foods employer brand through targeted marketing efforts, positioning the company as an employer of choice.
- Monitor labor market trends and provide strategic insights to managers, addressing recruitment challenges proactively.
- Oversee and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, performance feedback, and support in achieving recruitment goals.
- Partner with the leadership team to ensure alignment on talent needs, with a focus on hiring senior executives and director-level positions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on recruitment strategies, talent market dynamics, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Over 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting
- Proven experience in hiring for senior executive or director-level positions, with a strong understanding of executive recruitment dynamics
- Previous experience in leading and managing a recruitment team, with the ability to coach and develop team members
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks for effective sourcing
- Skilled in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions and other platforms to proactively source and attract top talent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
