Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your talent acquisition and strategic implementation expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and supportive teammates.

You'll help to transform Alstom's global talent acquisition strategy and operational performance. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (HR, Management, Project Teams), influence stakeholders at all levels for a high-performing recruiting function and much more.

You'll specifically take care of preparing and publishing monthly recruitment dashboards, managing open positions records, and helping to build a modern hiring culture.
