Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at HATATA in Bangkok. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and recruiting activities on a day-to-day basis.

Job Description :

• Manage job portal, keep maintain job vacant.
• Identifying staffing needs, creating job descriptions, and developing strategies to attract top talent
• Reviewing resumes and application forms, and identifying qualified candidates
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience, and providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers
• Preparing for onboarding employee starting from agreement and other needed for new employee.
• Orientation for new employee about company culture.

Requirement :

1. Bachelor degree from phycology or human resource management.
2. Have experience in the same field minimum 3 years
3. Willing to work in office everyday, office location is Bangkok
4. Can speak English well, can speak mandarin will be advatage
5. Can join immedietly
