Talent Acquisition Specialist ***(6 Months - 1 Year Contract)
Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing and Attraction Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to source top talent. Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
- Screening and Selection Review resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates. Conduct initial screenings via phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates fit for the role and company culture. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs. Provide guidance and support to hiring teams on interviewing techniques and best practices.
- Candidate Experience Management Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from initial contact through the hiring process. Communicate effectively with candidates regarding interview schedules, next steps, and final decisions.
- Employer Branding Support employer branding efforts to enhance the company's presence as an attractive workplace. Participate in career fairs, networking events, and online activities to promote the organization.
- Data and Reporting Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) to assess recruitment effectiveness. Maintain a database of qualified candidates and report on recruitment progress to HR management.
- Onboarding Support Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires. Facilitate pre-boarding activities to prepare candidates for a successful start with the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
- Interpersonal Skills: Skilled in interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and relationship-building.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and analyzing recruitment metrics.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
- English Skills: Good command in English.
