Key Accountabilities
- Conduct and/or commission market research and customer surveys to assess consumer insight, needs, and satisfaction.
- Promote client satisfaction and loyalty through Customer Service Center, CRM and CEM programs.
- Influence customers perception by creating corporate brand personality through the look, feel, and messaging of our products and services and effectively communicate brand to our customers.
- Responsible for fund or service advertisements as well as seeking regulatory approval.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for new and existing funds and services, and work with business units to attract and retain assets.
- Assist business units with strategy implementation, special events, and promotions to ensure brand integrity.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with the news media and opinion leaders.
- Create and produce best-in-class communications, marketing and education materials corporate products and services.
- Develop brand guide and ensure brand integrity and quality for all related parties.
- Develop and maintain client communications both content, look and feel for all communication channels.
Experience / Qualifications
- Top University graduate with Master / MBA degree (Marketing /Finance is plus)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial businesses or organizations.
- Retail marketing of financial products background.
- Ability to communicate in English with strong leadership /communication skills.
