Our Growth team is dedicated to enhancing Grab's presence in the Lending and Insurance sectors. We work closely with various departments to orchestrate initiatives that drive business growth. Get to Know the Role
As the Team Lead for Growth in Lending & Insurance, you'll lead strategic plans that propel our business forward. You'll collaborate with teams and influence partners to achieve growth targets.
You will report to Manager, Growth and Monetization - GrabFin & OneGrab.
This role is based onsite in our Bangkok Office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Initiate and execute strategic plans to achieve growth targets in Lending and Insurance.
- Collaborate with Financial Services, Marketing, and Commercial teams to formulate strategies that promote business synergy.
- Utilize analysis, modeling, and research to support insightful decision-making.
- Create presentations to senior stakeholders and facilitate data-driven decisions.
- Oversee project progress to ensure agreement on goals. This includes tracking performance, managing resources, and coordinating with your team for seamless execution.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in financial services, consulting, business, tech company in strategy or business development.
- Initiator - able to throw in big WHAT IF and light up new ideas with rationale attached.
- Passion and energy to excel - Eager to identify, own, and tackle new opportunities and challenges.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams effectively
- Ability to articulate clearly in both written and spoken English
- Working knowledge of SQL and Tableau/PowerBI but not essential
