Connex Information Technologies (Thailand) Co. Ltd, a leading IT solutions distribution company with a strong network of vendors and partners, is expanding its team in Thailand. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead - Sales Engineering to be at the forefront of driving our pre-sales activities and shaping our product solution strategies with a primary focus on cyber security solutions and services.
The Role
Responsibilities
- Develop product solution strategies to effectively position our products/services in the market.
- Conduct pre-sales activities to support the sales team in achieving targets, including product positioning, solution designing, product presentations, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams on demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and responding to Tenders/RFPs.
- Provide solutions write-ups and verify bill of materials for RFPs and Tenders.
- Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of pre-sales activities.
- Conduct pre-sales sessions and training for partners and customers to enhance their understanding of our products/services.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading pre-sales activities and achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional leadership abilities and adeptness in managing and developing both technical and sales personnel to achieve the business objectives of the company.
- Strong understanding of technology products/services specially within the domain of Cyber Security solutions and services, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business benefits/value.
- Strong network and relationships with System Integrators and ICT/Cyber Security Solution Providers in Bangkok.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and decision makers.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
