Role Overview:
As a Test Lead, you will spearhead a team of Test Engineers and Testers, ensuring
comprehensive testing services that align with project expectations and requirements.
This role involves developing testing strategies, guiding test case design, and optimizing
testing methodologies.
Expertise in Banking in either Payments (1), Collections (2), Liquidity (3), Channel
(4), UX/UI (5) or Mobile (6) is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Test Engineers and Testers to
deliver effective testing services.
Test Management: Oversee all test management activities, including
strategy development and execution.
Strategy Development: Create testing strategies and plans to cover end-
to-end process flows and user acceptance criteria.
Guidance: Provide guidance on test case design and script development,
and recommend techniques to enhance test specifications and methodologies.
Collaboration: Work closely with business users to align requirements
and expectations, ensuring that test activities meet quality standards.
Issue Resolution: Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve project
issues, identify root causes, and implement improvements for maximum productivity.
Mentorship: Mentor and coach team members on testing processes and
practices.
Tool Utilization: Coordinate with Test Management teams and test tool
specialists to effectively use testing tools.
Monitoring: Monitor and control test execution to ensure proper
execution at each test level.
Reporting: Review and summarize test status reports and defects,
providing updates to stakeholders on a daily and weekly basis.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field.
Experience: At least 7 years of experience in application testing, product
management/development, or a similar role.
Skills: Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English and Thai
(both spoken and written).
Experience: Experience in cash management or transaction banking is
highly regarded.
Knowledge: Familiarity with software development methodologies such
as Agile and Scrum.
Attributes: Highly motivated, quick learner, and willing to adopt new
skills.
