Responsibilities:
- Guide and mentor a team of backend engineers, promoting a culture of innovation and high technical standards.
- Manage complex implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
- Lead architectural planning and strategy to support large-scale projects and business objectives.
- Stay updated on standard backend programming languages and coding techniques.
- Exhibit strong leadership abilities and a history of successfully managing large-scale teams and projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT-related
- At least 10 years of work experience in backend development using Golang, Java, or Python
- More than 5 years of proven experience in leading or managing a technical team
- Have experience with CI/CD and Unit Testing
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Familiar with Microservice, Elasticsearch, and Agile methodology
- Leadership and communication skills
