An exciting opportunity to join a leading international MNC as a Product Owner. We are looking for a motivated professional with around 5 years of experience in product ownership who is skilled in collaborating with end-users and cross-functional teams. This role requires strong communication abilities in both English and Thai, along with a willingness to engage in light coding tasks to support the product (JavaScript experience preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Ownership: Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.
- End-User Collaboration: Act as the main liaison between end-users and the development team, gathering feedback, understanding requirements, and advocating for user-centered solutions.
- Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring tasks are aligned with business objectives and deadlines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate product requirements, updates, and timelines with internal and external stakeholders in both English and Thai.
- Agile Development: Work closely with the Scrum team to ensure product requirements are met, participate in sprint planning, and adjust priorities as needed to adapt to changing demands.
- Coding Support (5-10%): Occasionally support the technical team by writing or reviewing code in JavaScript to contribute to product development and enhancement.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Around 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Basic coding experience in JavaScript (5-10% of the role), with a willingness to support technical aspects of product development.
- Languages: Proficiency in both English and Thai, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaboration: Strong ability to work closely with end-users, gathering and prioritizing feedback to guide product features and improvements.
- Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile frameworks and experience working within Scrum teams.
