Technical Sales Engineer (Contract), Chemicals Business

Job Summary:

The position focuses on promoting water sanitation and hygiene technology solutions by identifying market opportunities and engaging potential customers. The role requires collaboration with both local and international installation teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness in installation processes. This includes providing technical support, resolving operational challenges, and training staff to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, extensive experience with multinational organizations, and a passion for leveraging technology to improve quality of life in developing regions. This role demands cross-cultural competence, adaptability, and the ability to travel as needed to support projects in various locations, including potential overseas assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify market opportunities and potential customers for new solutions related to water sanitation and hygiene technology.
2. Collaborate with both domestic and international installation teams to optimize installation processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Provide technical support and solutions to resolve operational issues.
4. Train and support staff in adapting to new technologies and methodologies.

Working Conditions:

• Working days: 5 days or 5.5 days
• Location: Bangkok or upcountry (possibly with temporary relocation) and may require overseas assignments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with multinational organizations and driving new technology for the betterment of developing communities.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency in English (Required), Moderate Proficiency in Thai.
• Driving License.
• High passion for driving new technology to improve living conditions in developing communities.
• Willingness to travel and work with cross-cultural teams.
