The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate.
Responsibilities
1. Answering phone calls and taking care of incoming tickets, emails and chats.
2. Managing open support cases within the organization and finding a solution or workaround to maintain customer satisfaction.
3. Providing technical support assistance for the Inside Sales team channel partners.
4. Reporting, escalating and keeping track of the activity in our service desk software Zoho Desk.
