Job Description

Hoymiles Power Electronics Inc., - short Hoymiles (688032.SH)-is a globally leading inverter manufacturer with offices and services around the globe. The headquarters is based in Hangzhou China and the R&D department and manufacturing facilities are based there. Hoymiles has a significant R&D team to design and manufacture state-of-the art microinverters & hybird inverter for the international markets. To develop our business in Thailand and deliver better service to our customer, build a strong technical support structure we are looking for an experienced

Technical support engineer/manager for Pre-Sales activities and Post-Sales Services in Thailand, reporting to head of technical support HQ .

Key responsibilities

1. Collaborate with sales team to plan and complete technical exchange with Thailand customers, train clients and set forth detailed technical solutions etc.

2. Hold customer trainings face-to-face and online, create and manage local technical documentation, establish a knowledge data base, and represent Hoymiles in exhibitions.

3. Analyze legal technical requirements and certifications for local and drive execution of agreed and required certificates.

4. Monitor market environment and gather Technology intelligence from competitors.Analyze product and features of competitors regular and work closely with HQ team to finish the competitive analysis.

5. Strong support to sales team, visit clients and project sites, support system planning and give guidance to PV system installations, service strategy implementation etc.

6. Maintain the service level and fulfill the service request coming from local customer especially some of our VIP customer.

7. Lead the negotiation with local service partner including 3rd party service company.

8. Follow RMA process to make sure they will be closed on-time.

Required experience and competence:

1. Based in Bangkok & home office. Can accept national travel to make sure we can deliver a good service, depends on business request.

2. Thai at a native level and English fluently in business contexts.

3. Minimum of 3 years work experience in a in the renewable industry, preferably in PV or storage business.

4. electrician certificate is mandatory.

5. Bachelor degree or above: must be electrical or electronics background.

6. Self-driven working mind set, willing to dig in and find out problems, report with clear logic, always providing multi proposals to choose from.

7. International mindset for a multi-cultural environment.
