Performs technical tasks (Installation and Service) on-site under the direction and supervision of the ES Manager to meet the objectives of on-site ES projects.
Visits, as scheduled, customers sites in order to deliver system installation and service assignments.
Ensures of planned ES service schedule/ procedures are on time completed and handed over.
Develops business relations with all clients, and discusses clients security needs, and recommends proper solutions and services.
Visits metropolitan and up-country on-site projects, be prepared to work additional hours/ emergency anywhere within the area of responsibility of the Company as may be needed from time to time.
Tests and conducts periodic checks on security systems and personal equipment for safety purposes.

1 A degree (vocational or higher) in Electrical/ Electronics is required/preferred. 2 A minimum of 1-2 years of electronic security knowledge, skills, and experience in the electronic security industry/companies/organizations. 3 Able to work well under pressure and tight/ urgent schedule assigned. 4 Good interpersonal skills and ability to work upcountry. 5 Fair English communications and computer competencies. 6 Customer-oriented, detailed, well-organized, and independent ability. 7 Standard competencies for 34-40 as follows; Adaptability, Analytical Thinking, Teamwork, Communications, Listening, and Ethics.
