We are seeking an experienced Area Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing efforts for second-hand properties being auctioned by banks to recover loans. The Area Marketing Manager will be responsible for conducting property surveys, understanding property details, and executing marketing strategies to ensure successful property auctions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property surveys to gather essential information such as location, construction details, and market price.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties to potential buyers through various channels.

Utilize property portals like 99acres.com, magicbricks.com, indiaproperty.com, etc., to generate leads.

Engage with property dealers and local residents to effectively market the properties.

Handle client inquiries and provide detailed property information to interested buyers.

Utilize persuasive skills to convince potential buyers to purchase properties and convert leads into sales.

Perform outbound calling when required to follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.

Visit properties in the field to conduct inspections and assess market conditions.

Required Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry or insurance sector.

Strong marketing skills with convincing power to effectively sell properties.

Field experience is a must for this role.

Willingness to perform outbound calling and visit properties in the field as required.

Working hours:- Flexible working hours with a 5.5-day workweek.

Second and fourth Saturday off with Sunday fixed off.

Eligibility- only male candidates.
