Job Title: TELESALES EXECUTIVE (Domestic and International) Location: Green Park, Civil Lines, Kanpur (U.P.) 208001 Experience: 0 to 2 Years or more in any type of Telesales/Inside sales will be preferred such as card sales, policy sales, loan sales, and Insurance sales. Qualification: Under Graduate/ Post Graduate MBA/PGDM Sales/ Graduate Salary: 10k to 20k as per the experience About the Candidature: Young, Vibrant, and Energetic aspirants, who have the fire to prove themselves and take up challenges to perform in a dynamic environment and are eager to learn the professional approach of the industry to shape their careers on the way are welcomed to contribute to Global Trade Plaza, Kanpur. Roles and Responsibilities: Must have excellent communication and listening skills in both English and Hindi language. Passionate to achieve the goals both for the organization and themselves in the longer run. Must be polite and should know friendly handling of clients. Must be willing to take lots of initiative. Must be a Go-Getter and diligent enough to handle the questions. Must be mentally agile to provide solutions to the clientele. Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering. Learn details about our product and service offerings. Address any questions or issues customers may have and communicate with them to understand their requirements and needs. Offer solutions based on clients needs and capabilities. Direct prospects and leads to the sales team Keep an updated customer database Measure identified KPIs. Always strive towards meeting a sales quota. Track and document calls and sales. Update client records. Prepare and present achievements and KIPs. Skills Required: 0-2 years of experience as a Telesales Representative or sales role. Has the caliber to perform under pressure and achieve targets. Experience in B2B telesales or inside sales is preferred. Experience in any type of telesales/inside sales will be preferred such as card sales, poliy sales, loan sales, and insurance sales. Proven record of meeting quota Hand on experience with sales tools such as CRM software etc Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits. Patient and friendly personality. Team player. Good time-management skills. Great interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Good negotiation skills. Candidates who knows Tamil and Malayalam is also preferred.
