Job Description

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate effectively within a small team to meet sales goals, guided by a team leader's coaching and support.
  • Ensure that lead contact rates and fixed rate targets are consistently met.
  • Engage donors with a positive and friendly attitude, creating opportunities to pitch products related to acquisition, conversion, upgrades, and reactivation.
  • Overcome initial donor hesitations and concerns to successfully close sales.
  • Maximize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services based on donor needs and capabilities.
  • Accurately maintain customer information, leads, and contacts in the CRM system.
  • Log both positive and negative customer feedback to help improve overall satisfaction.
  • Submit precise fulfillment and processing requests for new sales and reactivations to the processing team.
  • Follow or assign the appropriate next steps for each donor according to call center guidelines.
  • Provide suggestions for process improvements and actively participate in initiatives to enhance call center effectiveness.
  • Quickly adapt and settle into new responsibilities as needed.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among team members.
  • Participate in any sales or marketing activities or duties assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year experience in sales, telesales, or telemarketing role
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Exceptional communication & writing skills - Thai (English would be an added advantage)
  • Salary Range: THB 18000 to 20000 + sales commission
  • Working hours: 8.30 to 17.30
  • This job can be very results driven. Successful executives are well rewarded financially but there will be an expectation to deliver revenue.
